Set up the tools we use
Why
Our main mission is to help the helpers. To do so we need tools to communicate and coordinate our work.
Many of the helpers we support do not have the organization or the tools needed. We will prepare and set up tools for them so that they can be effective in helping the refugees.
All of us are volunteers and we have a life and job besides being a helper. We therefore need to spend as little time as possible setting up and supporting the tools we need.
Therefore this list is mandatory. You must install and follow the instructions if you are going to cooperate with the rest of the team and the partners/helpers we support.
The list might seem overwhelming - but I have made it so that it will work if we have a team of 3 persons or a team of 3000.
1. Web browser
